Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing from Vyqro Kits. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase.

2. Product Use & Legal Disclaimer

All e-bike conversion kits sold by Vyqro Kits exceed 250W output and are not compliant with Australian road rules under applicable state and territory legislation.

These products are sold strictly for use on private property only.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for ensuring the lawful use of any product purchased from Vyqro Kits.
Vyqro Kits accepts no liability whatsoever for any fines, penalties, infringement notices, legal proceedings, injury, property damage, or loss of any kind arising from the use of our products on public roads, bike paths, footpaths, shared paths, or any other public or regulated space.
Any use of our products in contravention of applicable Australian laws, road rules, or regulations is entirely at your own risk.
Vyqro Kits will not provide assistance, compensation, or support in relation to any legal consequences resulting from unlawful use of our products.
It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws in your state or territory before using any product purchased from us.

If you are fined, penalised, or face any legal action as a result of using a Vyqro Kits product, Vyqro Kits bears no responsibility. This is your sole responsibility as the purchaser.

3. Orders & Stock Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. For certain products, particularly e-bike conversion kits, stock is confirmed with our supplier after your order is placed. We will contact you within 1–2 business days to confirm availability. If a product is unavailable, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

The 5000W kit has an extended lead time of 7–14 business days due to its specialist nature. We will contact you directly with an estimated delivery date.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Vyqro Kits reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Vyqro Kits is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch of your order.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion. Products must be returned in original, unused condition.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyqro Kits’ total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
