1. General By purchasing from Vyqro Kits ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Private Property Use Only All e-bike conversion kits, batteries, and related products sold by Vyqro Kits are designed and intended for use on private property only. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will only operate the converted e-bike on private property where you have lawful permission to do so.
  • It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the use of electric bicycles and motorised vehicles in your jurisdiction.
  • Vyqro Kits makes no representation that our products are road-legal or compliant with any public road regulations in any jurisdiction.

3. Liability Disclaimer Vyqro Kits accepts no liability whatsoever for any fines, penalties, infringement notices, legal proceedings, arrests, confiscation of property, injury, death, or any other consequence arising from:

  • Use of our products on public roads, bike paths, footpaths, or any area where such use is restricted or prohibited by law.
  • Failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • Modification or misuse of our products beyond their intended purpose.

You ride at your own risk. If you are fined, arrested, or face any legal consequence as a result of using our products, Vyqro Kits bears no responsibility.

4. Product Information We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, we reserve the right to update or change specifications without notice. Top speed and performance figures are indicative only and may vary based on rider weight, terrain, battery charge, and installation.

5. Stock & Availability Stock is sourced from our Melbourne-based supplier and availability cannot always be guaranteed at the time of order. In the event that an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative, backorder, or full refund.

6. Orders & Payment All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

7. Shipping We ship within Australia. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Vyqro Kits is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control.

8. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

9. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Vyqro Kits and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
