2000W & 3000W Kits — Ships from Victoria Our 2000W and 3000W kits ship from our Victoria warehouse and typically arrive within 5–10 business days across Australia.

All Other Kits — Made to Order All other kits (250W, 500W, 1500W, 5000W) are made to order and shipped internationally — production takes 7–15 days, plus 20–35 days for delivery. We'll email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. For made-to-order kits, you'll also receive a production update within 5 business days of ordering.
