Our 2000W and 3000W kits ship from our Victoria warehouse and typically arrive within 5–10 business days across Australia. All other kits are made to order and shipped internationally — production takes 7–15 days, plus 20–35 days for delivery. We'll email tracking as soon as your order ships.

250W–500W: best for commuting, casual riding, and hills within legal e-bike limits. 1000W–2000W: stronger acceleration and hill climbing, good for heavier riders or hybrid/off-road use. 3000W–5000W: maximum power for off-road and performance builds — check your local regulations before riding on public roads at these wattages. Not sure? Email us your bike type and how you plan to ride, and we'll recommend a kit.

Yes. Every kit ships with step-by-step instructions, and our team is available by email if you get stuck. Most installs take 1–2 hours with basic tools.

Some kits include a battery (marked 'with battery' on the product page); others require choosing a battery separately. Battery packs use LG cells for reliable range and lifespan. Check each product page for what's included.
