THE COMPLETE 5000W POWER BUILD.

This bundle pairs our standard 5000W rear hub conversion kit with a high-capacity 72V 40Ah battery, giving experienced builders the core components for a serious private-property or off-road machine in one package.

This is not the EVOLVED 5kW system. It uses the motor, SW900 display and component setup from our normal 5000W kit, now bundled with the larger 72V 40Ah battery. It is not a commuter upgrade and demands a heavy-duty frame, strong dropouts and appropriately upgraded brakes.

Frame, Torque Arms and Braking

A heavy-duty steel frame is strongly recommended. Aluminium frames are not recommended for this power level. Both included torque arms must be installed correctly to reduce the risk of axle rotation and dropout failure.

Stock bicycle brakes are not suitable for the potential speed and system weight. Properly configured hydraulic disc brakes with suitably sized rotors are strongly recommended before powered testing.

Installation

Expert level. Professional installation is strongly recommended. Assembly should include frame and dropout inspection, torque-arm fitting, battery mounting, cable protection, controller setup and a complete braking-system assessment.

• Warranty: 12-month manufacturing warranty
• Use: Private-property and off-road use only in Australia
