Torque Arm Required (A pair is included)

Absolutely mandatory. Add our Heavy-Duty Torque Arms ($22) at checkout. At 5000W, axle rotation in an unsecured dropout is a serious safety risk.

Frame Requirements

Heavy-duty steel frame only. This kit will stress-test your entire drivetrain. Aluminium frames are not recommended. Thru-axle: not compatible.

Braking

At these speeds, stock brakes are not adequate. Hydraulic disc brakes (160mm+ rotors) are strongly recommended before riding this build.

Installation

Rated: Expert only. If you're asking whether you can install this yourself, the honest answer is: probably not yet. This kit is for experienced builders with prior hub motor installation experience.
