This is not the standard 5000W kit with a bigger number slapped on it. The EVOLVED 5000W bundle is a serious step up, powered by a massive brushless gearless hub motor designed to run at 5000W nominal, paired with a 72V 100A Sabvoton controller and a high-capacity 72V 40Ah battery.

Where our standard high-power motor is rated around 3000W nominal and 5000W peak, the motor inside the EVOLVED 5000W bundle is built to sustain 5000W nominal with improved thermal management and much greater tolerance for hard use. Under carefully controlled conditions, the system can be pushed toward 10kW peak. That is the practical upper edge, not a continuous operating target, and pushing any motor that hard increases the risk of overheating, component damage and loss of control.

The result is a brutally capable off-road platform with serious acceleration, stronger heat control and the battery capacity to make the performance usable. It is huge, heavy and completely inappropriate for a casual commuter conversion.

Who It’s For

Experienced builders creating dedicated off-road performance bikes. Riders who have already built and ridden lower-powered hub-motor systems and understand frame reinforcement, battery safety, controller tuning and high-speed braking.

If this is your first conversion, professional assembly is strongly recommended. This bundle demands specialist knowledge and a frame, brakes and drivetrain chosen for extreme loads.

Torque Arms and Braking

Two torque arms are included and must be correctly installed. At this power level, axle rotation in an inadequately reinforced dropout can cause catastrophic failure.

Ordinary bicycle brakes are not suitable for the potential speed and weight of this build. A professionally configured high-performance hydraulic braking system with appropriately sized rotors is strongly recommended.

Installation

Expert level. Professional assembly is strongly recommended, and essential for first-time buyers. Installation should include frame and dropout inspection, torque-arm fitting, battery mounting, controller programming, cable protection and a complete braking-system assessment before powered testing.
